When you're on a weight loss plan I think setting goals are really good. Obviously you have your main goal weight, but smaller, more achievable goals along the way help a lot. What kind of goals and rewards have you set for yourself?? My next goal is to be back down at the lowest weight I've hit since starting Weight Watchers (which also happens to be the lowest weight of my adult life, back in August 2007). I am currently still at -44lbs lost since I started the plan, but this means I need to lose -26lbs to reach my next goal. There, I said it. That's how much weight I have gained back and forth for the last 6 months. Sad and scary, but I really want to change it. I've done it before, I can do it again. I want to lose this weight by the end of May. Because of the timeline my reward will be: a new bathing suit! I haven't bought a new bathing suit since I've lost any weight, so I think it's high time I do.

What is your next goal?!

Tip: Always give yourself some kind of reward for reaching your goals, but make sure the reward doesn't really have to do with FOOD! That's a trap!

Awww. You're amazing. You can lose that 26 pounds!

I think my next goal is to get under 250. In order to do so I need to lose 21 pounds. Yeah, I kinda slipped big time and am stillllll at my starting weight (the same one as last January!). But that's ok. 21 pounds and the reward will be....... I have no idea LOL.
