The first day of the year I ate pretty shitty as I was coming back from an LA road trip, but yesterday I was right back on track after months of waivering. I went to the store last nite and got so much NEW healthy stuff that I'm excited to eat. I love finding new things I can work into my eating habits, because getting stale with food really pushes me towards badness. I also got a bunch of stuff for easy dinners that also make good leftovers and that really helps me. A dry sandwich or frozen meal is NOT something I want to eat every day for lunch, bleh. So I'm feeling good! I also signed up for a "Fitness Walking" P.E. class at my local college, so I'll be doing that twice a week starting on the 15th. I feel good about being back on track! w00t!
