new  
hey...i'm new on here so i thought i'd introduce myself.

i've been doing ww's core program since september. i would follow it and then eat whatever and then follow it. soo, i think at this point i'm up like 5lbs since i started. oops.

but of course i have new years resolutions to get healthy which involves losing a bunch of weight (i'm technically like 120lbs over weight, but i'd like to lose about 100lbs).

i moved to d.c. from philly about eight months ago. it's been a big adjustment. i'm a social worker. i'm queer. i have two really awesome dogs.

welcome! I've never done the core plan. I think most of us on here do the flex plan. I have re-started after the new year, but luckily i didn't gain it all back.. I am still down -47lbs from when I officially started WW. I have a long way to go though! Prob about 100lbs still, give or take. It's a long, hard journey for sure but I'm feeling good. I'd love to hear about core if you're interested in giving a synopsis!

Welcome! I did to WW but I suck so now I do Sparkpeople cause it's free and I'm poor. I started in January.. down a few pounds... pretty excited. I know how hard it is though so DONT GIVE UP. You can definitely get the weight off.

Also, my fiance just moved from Philly to Baltimore. I know what a change it can be... I'm from Baltimore but we spend a lot of time in Philly and it's... well.. different. But welcome to this part of the country, too!
