Hmm, it has been quiet around here for a while.  Well, I am back at it again and what did I find when I logged on, but there is a new program called the "momentum" plan.  It sounds like flex, but they highly encourage eating core foods.  The main difference I see is that you can bank your activity points until the end of the week instead of having to use them on the day you got your booty movin'.  Anyway, here I go again.

Really?? That actually sounds like a cool idea. I'm trying to be back at it again too, and it hasn't been working. Maybe a new plan could help! Good luck on your efforts!!
